E-mail Correction Jobs |

Next, the customer will dictate a single e-mail address, spelling it in its entirety.
These jobs are designed to automatically correct e-mail addresses in the customer’s NickList. When you receive this type of job, please process it as follows:
Type the recipient e-mail address into the [1 field.
Send the job normally.
If anything other than an e-mail address is dictated, type it in the text body and use the “Other problem, do not process” error along with an appropriate error text in the [z field.
If you are unable to transcribe the address accurately, use the “No valid recipients” error code in the [x field and enter appropriate text in the [z field.
