The Referral Bonus Program is an incentive program designed to bring in talented new
employees. Referrals from our current employees are always the most successful new hires because our current
employees have been through the process and know what it takes to be successful.
The Referral Bonus Program is as follows:

Tell your friends about how to apply and submit an online application!

The website has all the information they need to know about the job and how to apply. In the application, your referral should list you as their referral source by selecting "Current
Employee" and inputting your name.

An ideal candidate has excellent English grammar/comprehension skills,
can touch type at least 65 wpm, is available to work at least 16 hours per week Mon-Fri, and can pass an in-office assessment of typing speed, transcription accuracy, and knowledge of information presented on the website.

Once your referral makes it through the application process, attends an
orientation, and starts working, you will receive a $50 Referral Bonus.

The Referral Bonus will be paid out as an adjustment in your
normal paycheck that will arrive on pay day for the pay period in which your referral started.

It's in
everyone's best interest to help guide your referrals towards productivity and success. Provide them with helpful tips to make the job easier for them and check in with them to see how they're doing. The easier the job is for them, the more likely it is they will become productive.

For every 5 referrals that you refer and are hired, you will receive
another $100 Referral Bonus.
We also have business cards and flyers with information about the job and how to apply. You can ask a supervisor for a handful, and write your name on the back. Carry them with you, and when you meet someone who expresses they are in need of a job, hand them a card
or flyer and tell them to put you down as a referral!
